Aileen song obtained a Juris Doctor degree from the Chinese University of Hong Kong and completed her Postgraduate Certificate in Laws at the same establishment in 2025.

 

Aileen mainly assists partners and associates on capital market transactions, including debt capital market transactions, bond issuance, listed company compliance matters and other general commercial and corporate matters.

 

Aileen is proficient in English and Mandarin.
