Adrian obtained his Bachelor of Laws (Hons) degree from the University of York, United Kingdom, and his Master of Laws degree from the University in Hong Kong. He then obtained the Postgraduate Certificate in Laws at the City University of Hong Kong.
Adrian’s practice areas mainly cover corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, compliance of the Listing Rules, and general corporate and commercial matters.
Adrian is fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
