Vanessa graduated from Imperial College London with a bachelor’s degree in Mathematics with Statistics for Finance. She then obtained her Juris Doctor degree and Postgraduate Certificate in Laws from the City University of Hong Kong. She was admitted as a solicitor of the High Court of Hong Kong in 2021.

 

Vanessa’s practice focuses on debt capital market transactions, bond issuance, listed companies compliance and other general corporate and commercial matters. She has experience in advising on mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring and initial public offerings.

 

Vanessa is proficient in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
